Limitation of Liability:** * TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIGITAL LUCKNOW WALA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR CONTENT, EVEN IF DIGITAL LUCKNOW WALA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. * YOU AGREE THAT THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF DIGITAL LUCKNOW WALA TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID FOR THE PLATFORM OR CONTENT IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS.
